The document of code of conduct in CK School of Progressive Education refers to the guidelines established by the organization for its stakeholders (staff, students, visitors and any other outsider having direct or indirect relations with the organizations) to abide by while being associated with the organization at all times.

Our code of conduct is laid down keeping the central values of our organization “Respect” and “Ethical Behaviour” in mind. Every concerned individual is expected to follow the code of conduct while being on or off duty. It is their responsibility to be aware of it and remind their team and colleagues about it if need be. Ignorance to the code of conduct will also be considered its violation.

We are committed to provide a work place free of health and safety hazards and expects it employees to respect and maintain it.

Code of conduct for the Staff of CK School of Progressive Education

  • Be respectable to other staff, students, and parents of the students or any outsider visiting the campus.
  • Every employee is expected to work towards institution’s Vision, Mission and goals. Their objectives and goal should match the institution’s objectives & goals.
  • Do not divulge any confidential information to any outsider unless specified by the authorities which are strictly for the official purposes.
  • Do not share/ send official / confidential document through non official email IDs. Always use your official email ID for official purposes.
  • Do not harass, bully or threaten any staff or stakeholder within or outside the institution’s premises.
  • Usage of abusive or sexually coloured remarks is strictly forbidden.
  • Consuming or being under influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during working hours is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use your position or association with institution for your personal gains. In case of any external party offering such benefits, it is your duty to inform to the authorities and seek guidance.
  • Employees are expected to respect and comply with decisions that are taken by the management for the betterment of the institution and offer a helping hand and support to it.
  • All employees should use institution assets for legitimate purposes only and protect those assets all the time. Willfully causing harm to any of the institution’s property will attract disciplinary actions.
  • Employees are not expected to disclose or duplicate the curriculum of the institution. Such actions may lead to the termination of employment.
  • Employees are to ensure that all expenses related to institution are prudent and appropriate.
  • Every employee must encourage the students to seek help and speak out when they are facing any problems.
  • Discourage unethical and dishonest behavior in students and take steps to address it when it comes to your attention
  • Respect the personal dignity and diversity of every individual inside the campus.
  • Habitual late coming, frequent absenteeism and negligence of duty will be treated as a misconduct.
  • Teaching and Non-Teaching staff shall follow the guidelines issued to them from time to time by the School Management. In case the guidelines are not followed, the staff shall be liable for disciplinary action.
  • Every Staff is expected to be dressed in a presentable manner that is not disrespectful or offensive.
  • Corporal Punishment to students is strictly prohibited by the school management.
  • Spreading rumours, false information and confidential details of the institution will be considered misconduct and will attract disciplinary action.

Code of conduct for the Students of CK School of Progressive Education

  • Students are expected to attend all of their classes on time.
  • Students should accept school policies regarding behaviour, academics, time table, extracurricular activities and sports.
  • They should act and work co-operatively with other students and teachers.
  • Every student must respect the learning needs of other students.
  • Be punctual and regular in attendance.
  • Parents should be aware of the educational progress and ensure that all school communication is effectively delivered.
  • Any damage to the school property by the students will result into a disciplinary action by the school management.
  • Wilful disobedience, misbehaviour with faculty or staff, disrespectful or hostile behaviour towards fellow students will be considered as a gross misconduct.
  • Students must refrain from all forms of bullying and harassment. Such cases should be immediately reported to the school Principal.
  • Students are not permitted to possess or smoke cigarettes, possess or use or be under the influence of alcohol or unprescribed drugs or other substances harmful to health while at school, on school excursions, in transit between school and home or otherwise while wearing school uniform.
  • Students must wear the uniform to the school.
